Sareeful Seller Terms
This Vendor Policy outlines the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of sellers on the Sareeful marketplace. Vendors must comply with these terms to ensure a smooth business relationship and maintain the quality of services for customers.
This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sareeful Retail Private Limited (“Sareeful,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and the Vendor (“You,” “Your,” “Seller”), who agrees to sell products through the Sareeful Marketplace(“Platform”). By registering and listing products on Sareeful, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms are in addition to the Sareeful General Terms of Use, Conditions of Sale, and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, these Terms will prevail for vendor-related transactions.
Sareeful reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or alter these Terms at any time without prior notice.
1. Vendor Eligibility & Registration
1.1 You must be a legally registered entity in India with a valid GST number, PAN, and bank account details.
1.2 Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including business registration documents, contact details, and bank information.
1.3 Sareeful reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any vendor based on compliance, product quality, and overall performance.
1.4 Vendors must not operate multiple seller accounts without prior written approval.
2. Product Listings and Pricing
2.1 Vendors must provide accurate and complete product details, including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
2.2 Prices must be inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Sareeful reserves the right to regulate pricing to maintain market competitiveness.
2.3 Sareeful may remove or modify product listings that:
• Contain false or misleading information.
• Violate laws or Sareeful’s policies.
• Receive repeated customer complaints.
2.4 Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling counterfeit or restricted items. Non-compliance may result in permanent suspension and legal action.
3. Order Fulfilment, Quality Check & Shipping
3.1 Order Processing
3.1.1 Vendors must confirm and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of order placement.
3.1.2 Sareeful will handle shipping through its authorised courier partners.
3.1.3 Vendors must update the order status and tracking details immediately after dispatch.
3.2 Pre-shipment Quality Check by Vendors
3.2.1 Vendors must conduct a thorough quality check before dispatching products.
3.2.2 Products must be free from defects, damages, incorrect sizes, stains, or discrepancies from the listing.
3.2.3 Vendors must package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
3.3 Additional Quality Inspection by Sareeful
3.3.1 Sareeful will conduct an additional quality check before forwarding the product to customers.
3.3.2 If a product fails Sareeful’s quality check, it will be returned to the vendor.
3.3.3 Vendors will be responsible for return shipping costs, and repeated failures may lead to account penalties.
3.4 Packaging & Labelling
3.4.1 Vendors must package products securely using proper materials.
3.4.2 Orders must include:
• Shipping labels with Sareeful Order ID.
• Invoice copy inside the package.
3.4.3 Non-compliant packaging may result in refund deductions from the vendor’s payout.
3.5 Inventory & Stock Management
3.5.1 Vendors must regularly update stock availability.
3.5.2 If a vendor cancels 3 or more orders per month due to stock issues, Sareeful may impose penalties or suspend product listings.
4. Payment & Settlement
4.1 Vendor payments are processed 15 working days after successful delivery.
4.2 Payments are transferred to the vendor’s registered bank account after deducting applicable charges (refunds, penalties, GST, etc.).
4.3 Vendors must raise payment disputes within 7 days of payout processing.
5. Returns & Replacements
5.1 Vendors must accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
5.2 Sareeful will manage return logistics, and refund amounts will be deducted from the vendor’s payout.
5.3 Vendors with excessive return complaints may face temporary or permanent account suspension.
6. Vendor Penalties & Non-Compliance

7. Account Suspension & Termination
7.1 Vendors with 3 or more violations per month may face temporary or permanent suspension.
7.2 Vendors can appeal suspensions by submitting a compliance report and corrective action plan.
7.3 Sareeful reserves the right to terminate a vendor account permanently if repeated violations occur.
8. Legal & Compliance
8.1 Vendors must comply with Indian e-commerce laws, GST regulations, and consumer protection laws.
8.2 Sareeful reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice.
8.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By registering as a vendor on Sareeful, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
