Sareeful Seller Terms

This Vendor Policy outlines the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of sellers on the Sareeful marketplace. Vendors must comply with these terms to ensure a smooth business relationship and maintain the quality of services for customers.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (“Seller”, “Vendor”) and Sareeful.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our platform, you accept these terms in full.

2. Eligibility
To become a vendor on Sareeful.com, you must:

  • Be a registered business entity or an individual with a valid government-issued ID.
  • Provide accurate business and bank details for transactions.
  • Agree to comply with applicable local and international laws regarding e-commerce and consumer rights.

3. Product Listings and Compliance

  • Vendors must ensure that all product listings are accurate and include clear descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Sareeful.com reserves the right to review and approve or reject any listings that do not meet our standards.
  • Products must not infringe on intellectual property rights or violate any legal restrictions.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Vendors are responsible for processing and shipping orders within the agreed timeframe.
  • Any delay in fulfillment must be communicated to the customer and Sareeful.com.
  • Sareeful.com may offer logistics support, but final responsibility remains with the vendor.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments for completed transactions will be settled on a [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] basis.
  • Sareeful.com charges a commission of X% per sale, depending on the pricing slot, deducted before vendor payouts.
  • Vendors must ensure the accuracy of their provided bank details for seamless transactions.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

  • Vendors must clearly define their return and refund policies, ensuring compliance with Sareeful.com guidelines.
  • In case of disputes, Sareeful.com will mediate and has the right to issue refunds if deemed necessary.
  • Any fraudulent activities or misleading claims may lead to suspension or termination of the vendor account.

7. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Maintain high product quality and customer service standards.
    Ensure all interactions with customers are professional and adhere to our ethical guidelines.
  • Keep inventory levels updated to prevent order cancellations due to stock unavailability.

8. Termination and Suspension
Sareeful.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts in case of:

  • Violation of these terms:
    A. Repeated customer complaints.
    B. Fraudulent activities or misleading product claims.
  • Vendors may request account termination, provided all pending orders and settlements are cleared.

9. Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sareeful.com from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Breach of this Agreement.
  • Product defects or misrepresentations.
  • Violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.

10. Modifications to Terms
Sareeful.com reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
Vendors will be notified of any major changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Tamil Nadu.
